Itum- the first I Bequeath unto my well beloved wife all my Real and personal Estate, if she Marys, she is to give all up, but her third. Item- I give to my Son Benjamin Murphy, Elizabeth and Nancy, the whole of my real and personal Estate after the death of my wife, Except my son James Murphy, which shall have One ninth part. Itum- the whole of the property to be kept together after paying my Just Debts. Itum- I leave to my Son John Murphy, One Dollar likewise to William Murphy, one Dollar, likewise to Philip Murphy, one Dollar, likewise to Ellener Million Ten Dollars in Trade, likewise to Sally Hoback, then dollars in trade. I likewise recommend my wife, Nancy Murphy, and Isaac Hoback as my Executor and Executrix. As Witness my hand the day and date before written.
