Pauline Virginia Murphy, 77, of Louisville, died Tuesday, July 30, 2002, at 
Norton Southwest Hospital.  She was the former Pauline Williams, a native of 
Louisville, a receptionist for Bobby Nichols Golf Course and a Baptist.  She 
was preceded in death by her husband, Samuel W. Murphy.  She is survived by a 
son, Daniel Ray Murphy, a daughter, Christina Lopez and her husband, Martin; a 
brother, Donald Williams; two grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.  Her 
funeral will be at 11 a. m. Friday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy., with 
burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West.  Visitation will be from 2-9 
Thursday.
