Ruth H. Noens, 71, a resident of South Holland, died Sunday, May 11, at
Ingalls Memorial Hospital in Harvey, IL.

A funeral mass was held at Holy Ghost Catholic Church, South Holland.
Interment was held in Holy Cross Cemetery, Calumet City, IL. 

Mrs. Noens was born in Sturgis. She lived in Chicago's Roseland com-
munity before moving to South Holland 38 years ago.

She was a homemaker, and her hobbies include making crafts and Christ-
mas ornaments for bazaars, gardening and sewing after garments for church.

She is survived by her husband Adolph; two sons, Richard of Platine, 
and Donald of Naperville; two brothers, Jack Stevens of Morganfield and 
Jerry Stevens of Sturgis; and five grandchildren.

Arrangements were handled by Thornridge Funeral Home in Dalton, IL.
