of the County of Spencer and State of Kentucky of the one part to Zepheniah B. 
OFFUTT of the County and State aforesaid that for and in Consideration of the 
sum of Nine Hundred Dollars in Gold or Silver to them in hand paid Have Granted 
Bargained and Sold a Certain tract or parcel of Land Situate lying and being 
inthe County and State aforesaid on Plum Creek a branch of Salt River  bounded 
by PEYTON’s preemption Survey, the Corner of Eli BURKHEAD & the corner of 
George STONE.
