Oliver, Norfolk, VA 4 sisters, Gladys Oliver & Madge Cockerham both of Beattyville, KY, Marie Rigdon, Cincinnati, OH, Ruth Smythe, New Harmony, IN 5 grandchildren, Angie, J.P., Chrissy, Michael and Stephanie. Buried in the Evans Crossing, Campton, KY -------------also----------- OLIVER, JOHN PAUL, Major, U.S. Marine Corps retired, d. near his home on the Big Andy Ridge, of a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Family members related he left the house around 6:30 a.m. and they thought they heard a shot shortly after. The sheriff said his sister walked out the driveway some time later to check on him and found the body about 150 feet from the house. b. Feb. 14, 1930 the s/o Edmund and Edna Oliver.
