Trent-Dowell Funeral Home; Jan., 2007
Graydon Berkley Orem, age 72, of Hardinsburg, Ky. died, Tuesday, February 6,
2007  at his residence.  He was born to the late Berkley Graydon Orem and Lillian Krout 
Orem on November 6, 1934 in Baltimore, Maryland. His family and friends called him Chuck 
and he enjoyed spending time with his friends especially the Reverend Jim and Mrs. Betty 
Preston. He was a retired maintenance worker in Arizona and a Navy Veteran. 
 
Mr. Orem is survived by a son, Greg, a brother, Bob Orem of Maryland and a sister Marcia 
Hochstedt of Arizona.  He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.  Also, many 
friends of the Hardinsburg and New Clover Creek area.
 
Funeral Services will be held from the Chapel of the Trent-Dowell Funeral Home on Saturday, 
February 10, 2007 at 12:00 noon central time.  Burial will be in the New Clover Creek Church 
Cemetery.  Visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m. 
central time Saturday morning.
 
Expressions of sympathy can be made in the form of donations to the Graydon B. "Chuck" Orem 
memorial fund in care of the Trent-Dowell Funeral Home.
