IRENE OWEN
    Irene Owen, 74, Sturgis, died Monday, March 31 at 3:04 am at her 
daughter's residence in Morganfield.
    Mrs. Owen was a member of the First Baptist Church in Morganfield.
    Survivors include three daughters, Karen Shirley of Virginia Beach,
VA., Debbie Piper of Orange, Texas, and Kathy Powell of Morganfield; two 
sons, Billy Joe Owen of Morganfield, and Eddie Owen of Georgetown, KY.;
two sisters, Gladys Humphrey of Morganfield and Betty Collins of 
Henderson; 9 grandchildren, and 1 great grandchild.=20
    Services were at 2pm Tuesday at Whitsell Funeral Home in Morganfield.
Burial was in Odd Fellow Cemetery.
    Memorial contributions may be made to St. Anthony's Hospice.
