Certification stated that patient was seen by Dr. C. M. Brown of Bardstown  
from 04 May 1975 to the time of his death.  It also states that Mr. Owens had 
his pneumonia 4 days prior to death and that he also multiple myelomas for the 
past 15 months, which obviously was the original cause of his being monitored 
by this MD.
