Born: Barren Co KY
Son of the late Jennie Jewell Wells and Buford H Page Lifelong farmer, in 1982 helped develop the 
Barren County Farmers Market and then served on the board of directors. Had been the caretaker of the 
George Wells Cemetery for the past 35 years; member of Beech Grove Missionary Baptist Church, Hwy 
1297.
Survivors:
Wife: Annie Mae Page
Son: Marvin Ray Page, Glasgow
Brothers: Maxey Page and wife Esther and William Page and wife Roxie, all of Hoopeston, IL
Sisters: Maynard Byers and Mildred Owens of Hoopeston, IL; Louise Boyles of Watseka, IL and Mazale 
Pearson and husband Rex of Indianapolis, IN.
Several nieces and nephews.

Services: 11 am Friday, 25 January 2002, Hatcher and Saddler Funeral Home, burial George Wells 
Cemetery.
