Hubbard, William Hubbard, Jane Hubbard, Josephine Hubbard and Marthy Hubbard heirs and representatives of John Hubbard deceased of the other part, all of the county of Garrard and State of Kentucky, witnesseth that whereas the aforesaid heirs of John Hubbard Dec'd Exhibitted their bill in chancery against the heirs of the aforesaid John Palmer in the Garrard county court and by the decree pronounced at the June term 1829 of the circuit court for the County of Garrard it is decreed and ordered that the afsd. Jesse Yantis as Commissioner should convey for the heirs of John Palmer deceased to the aforesaid heirs of John Hubbard deceased the following Tract or parcel of Land lying and being in the County of Garrard on the waters of Paintlick creek and bounded as follows to wit: Beginning at an ash & beech on Nicleson's line at A as marked on the connected Platt in land suit, thence North 37°E 150 poles to a Stake on James Finnell's line at B, thence N 55 deg. W 70 poles to another Stake at C, thence S31 deg W 114 po. to a beech and hickory, thence S 52 Deg. W 9 poles to a beech, thence S 35 Deg. E 66 poles to the Beginning, containing 55½ Acres and by virtue of the power vested in the said Jesse Yantis as Commissioner by said decree the consideration having been paid to the aforesaid John Palmer dec'd the aforesaid Jesse Yantis Commissioner as aforesaid hath this day Bargained Sold and enfeoffed and doth by these presents Bargain, Sell, Alien and confirm to the aforesaid heirs of John Hubbard deceased the afsd. Tract of land with all and Singular the appurtenances thereunto Belonging or in any [wise] appertaining to the aforesaid heirs of John Hubbard deceased, their heirs and assigns forever and the Said heirs of John Palmer by their Commissioner Jesse Yantis do warrant and defend the title of the aforesaid Tract of Land to the said heirs of John Hubbard deceased against themselves & all persons claiming under them & every other person or persons whatsoever. In testimony of which I have hereunto set the names of all of said heirs and also affixed my own signature and seal the day & year above written.
