I am now seventy-eight years old. 1. I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Louisa Parr my house, lot and furniture, and other items, not particularly named in this my will, during her life, and I will that my wife is to remain in absolute control and possession of all the aforesaid effects and property until her death. 2. At the death of my wife, the aforesaid house, lot, furniture and other items, not especially named, shall remain intact as long as any one of my daughters is single, or until consent to a change or sale of the aforesaid property is agreed upon by all the legal heirs. 3. No mortgage upon the aforesaid property can be made by the heirs or other persons or individuals 4. I appoint and make the said Louisa Parr, Executrix of this my only will and testament, without bond. Signed and sealed the 7th. day of August, A.
