STANFORD -- Services for Jamie "Jimbo" Burgin Pearson, 91, of Shelbyville,
formerly of Crab Orchard, will be 3 p.m. Sunday at Spurlin Funeral Home by
the Rev. Max Hester. Burial will be in Buffalo Springs Cemetery.
She died Wednesday in Frankfort.
Born Feb. 25, 1912, in Crab Orchard, she was the daughter of the late Welby
W. and Bettie L. Edmiston Burgin. She was a homemaker and a member of Crab
Orchard Baptist Church, Shelbyville Homemakers Club and Crab Orchard Alumni
Association. She was the widow of William R. Pearson
Survivors include a sister, Barbara "Bob" Burgin Leigh of Stanford; and
nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be William Burgin, James Burgin Leigh, Robert Besten II,
Jon Smith, Graham Sanders and Joe Simpson.
Visitation will be 1-3 p.m. Sunday.
