Bennie Clay Phipps, 65, Webster, died Feb. 20, 2008, at Breckinridge Health Inc., Hardinsburg.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Russell and Alba Phipps, and a daughter, Diane Phipps.

Mr. Phipps is survived by his wife, Ruby Phipps, Webster; two daughters, Kimberly McNulty, Garfield, and Jennifer (Vernal) Bramlett, Cecilia; a son, Bennie Phipps Jr., Webster; two granddaughters, Brittany Durbin and Misty McNulty; three grandsons, Brandon McNulty, Draven Barrett and Jonathan Barrett; and a brother, Herbert Ray Phipps, Iowa.

Funeral services will be held Feb. 23 at 11 a.m. from the chapel of Nelson- Edelen-Bennett Funeral Home, Vine Grove, with Pastor Otis Skaggs officiating. 
Burial will be in the Cedar Grove Cemetery, Shepherdsville. Friends may call at the funeral home Feb. 22, 6-8 p.m., and after 8 a.m. Feb. 23.
