Additional Comments:
Family members state that this person was known as "Edwin" Pierce.  The name 
Edwin is listed in the 1860 Census for Walton, Boone County, Kentucky, although 
the census record shows the last name spelled "Pearce".  Because of the first 
names and dates and location of birth I believe this 1860 Census record is the 
same family.  The 1870 Census shows Andrew and Cynthia Pierce living in 
Napoleon, Gallatin County, Kentucky, but does not list Edward or "Edwin."
