JOHN PORTER 
Of Kentucky

    John Porter applied for revolutionary pension in Butler County, Kentucky, in 1832, when he was 73 years of age. He was therefore born in 1759. He died September 24, 1S33. His widow, Rosamond Porter, applied for pension in 1854 aged 87. She was therefore born in 1767. They were married in November, 1832. She was then a widow, Rosamond Brady.
