FFA Alumni Chapter. Member and deacon of Cedar Grove Baptist Church, U S Army 
Veteran of WW II.
Survivors:
Four sons: Brett Thomas and wife Sherry, Richard David, Mark Alan and wife Kim 
and TImothky Glenn Powell, all of Glasgow Four grandsons: Curadhan Shea, Joshua 
David, Jesse Alan and Mark Alexander Powell Two granddaughters: Meagan Brittany and Mikayla Ashton Powell
Brother: Wesley Powell of Glasgow
Three sisters: Anna Lee and husband Billy of Cave City KY, Emma Laura Childress 
of Lamb KY and Jeanette Furlong and husband Carroll of Glasgow Preceded also in 
death by sister: Eula Mae Bartley
Services: Saturday, 5 Mar 2005, 2 pm, A F Crow and Son Funeral Home, burial 
Cedar Grove Cemetery.
