I give and devise to my son in law Thomas S. Bruner, my house and lot consisting of two acres more or less. In consideration of the above said Thomas S. Bruner is to give me and my son John Preston a home during our natural life and with out aid to support us. If from any cause I or my son John should become disabled he shall still give us a home and support.
