Know all men by these presents that I Anthony Prewitt do hereby relinquish 
transfer and assign all my right title and interest in and to a Certain tract 
or Parcel of land lying & being in the County of Mercer and State of Kentucky 
to Samuel McGinnis which tract of land I hold by Virtue of a Mortgage as 
indemnification for Certain Security Debts named in Said Mortgage recorded in 
Book 13th Page 33 in the Clerks Office of the Mercer County Court It being the 
same tract or parcel [crossed out] ninety Acres of the same [crossed out] tract 
of land on which Samuel McGinnis now of Missouri then lived for and in 
consideration of the Security Debts named in sd. Mortgage having been 
altogether discharged & for the farther Consideration of the Sum of One Dollar 
to me in hand paid by sd. McGinnis I do hereby reconvey to him said land.  
Given under my hand and seal this 4th day of August 1830.

The foregoing Indenture was this day Produced to me in my office and 
acknowledged by Anthony Prewitt a Party thereto to be his act and deed 
whereupon I have made the same of record.
