Granddaughter: Jennifer Banks and husband John of Bowling Green KY
Grandson: Jeff Edwards of Orlando FL
Two sisters: Nell Anderson of Milford OH and Burla Neeley of Owensboro KY
Sister-in-law: Mary Frances Neeley of Campbellsville KY
Nephew: John Snow of Muncie IN
Preceded also in death by:
Husband: Ray Proffitt
Sisters: Jane Snow and Vergie Neeley
Brother: Sam Neeley
