Her death occurred on the 15th Wedding Anniversary of Mr. & Mrs. PUMPHREY. They have been residents of Cloverport for a number of years, and for sometime have lived in their attractive new home in which Mrs. PUMPHREY died. She is survived by: her husband an aged father, James McCANN of Rome, Indiana also two sisters: Mrs. Rich'd (Richard) PIERSON of Joplin, Indiana Mrs. Clarence WHEELER of Hardin Grove, Indiana (Perry County) The funeral was on Saturday afternoon at 1:00 p.m. at the Methodist Church of Rome, Indiana by the Reverend O.T. Nichols, pastor of the Cloverport Methodist Church of which Mrs. PUMPHREY was a member. Several from Cloverport accompanied the body to Rome, and attended the funeral. I do not know anything about her first husband, Chris Jones, other than he died on February 4, 1911. I found his death date on the marriage record for Belle and her second husband, Mortimer D. "Mort" PUMPHREY.
