Bath County Clerks Office, Sct:
   I R. H. Conner Clerk of the County aforsaid, do certify that Wallace Stull hath entered into bond and security to procure Licence to intermarry with Mary Jane Ray of this County, consent being legally had.
   This, shall therefore, authorize you to join in Matrimoney the said Wallace 
Stull and Mary Jane Ray and this shall warrent you for so doing.   
   In Testimony Whereof, I have here unto set my hand, as Clerk aforesaid this 31st day of October 1855.
