Consent note:  "Nov 5th 1903.  The offiant Cora Reece states that she is 17
years of age and a widow of Jim Moore, and that she is a resident of Trigg
County, Ky, and makes this affidavit for the purpose of obtaining license
to marry John H. Johnson.  Cora Reece.  Att: T.W. Curry.  Subscribed and
sworn to before me by Cora Reece, this 5 day of November 1903.  J.T.
