Breckinridge County Herald-News, Hardinsburg, Ky; Issue dated November 22, 2000 
Lamar "Pete" Richards, 66, of Hardinsburg, died Thursday, November 16, 2000, at 
Norton's Hospital in Louisville.  Mr. Richards was born July 13, 1934, in 
Breckinridge County, the son of the late Floyd and Mayme Rogers Richards.  He was 
a water distribution supervisor for the City of Hardinsburg-U.S. Filter, and was 
an Army veteran.  A son, David Richards, a granddaughter, Brittney Sago, and three 
brothers, Earl, Bill, and Deward Richards, preceded him in death.  Survivors are:

Joy Brown of Evansville, IN

7 grandchildren and a great-granddaughter A memorial service was held at 2 p.m. 
Sunday, November 19, at the Hardinsburg United Methodist Church.  Trent-Dowell 
Funeral Home, Hardinsburg, was in charge of arrangements.  Memorial contributations
