Daughter of the late Gilman Grant Garnett and Lillie Jane Richardson Attended 
the Glasgow-Barren County School system, joined Pleasant Oak Ridge Baptist 
Church at an early age. When her faith began to fail, she relocated to 
Clarksville IN and attended Little Flock Baptist Church but remained in 
communication with her home church. Entered the Lincoln Hills Nursing Home in 
her later years, staying near her family and remained there until her death.
Survivors:
Daughter: Christine Valentine
12 grandchildren, five great-grandchildren
Brother: David Lewis
Host of nieces, nephews and cousins
Preceded also in death by:
Husband: Roosevelt Richardson
Son: James Junior
Five sisters: Nettie, Annie,m Janie, Betty and Katie Bell
Brother: James
Son-in-law: Richard Valentine
Services: Saturday, 8 Jan 2005, 12 noon, Pleasant Oak Ridge Baptist Church 
burial church cemetery under direction of Watts Funeral Home.
