18 Feb 1846  Lawrence ROBY and Nancy his wife, formerly Nancy RICHEY, widow of 
Jesse RICHEY Deceased and Jesse RICHEY and Anna his wife, Sandford BRIDWELL and 
Celia his wife,  August (?) ESOM and Sally his wife,  heirs and legal 
respresentatives of the said Jesse RICHEY Dec’d of the County of Spencer and 
State of Kentucky of the first part to Levi JEWELL of the County and State 
aforesaid of the Second part that for and in consideration of the Sum of one 
thousand Dollars paid to Jesse RICHEY Deceased in his life time in a bond 
bearing the date 10 August 1839 have granted bargained sold and conveyed one 
certain tract or parce of land situate lying and being in the County of Spencer 
Containing by Survey Seventy Six acres and three quarters bounded by Adam 
STARKS line.
