In the name of God amen I Benjamin RIGGS being in my full sences tho weak in 
body abilities and talk Constitute this to be my last will doth will my soul to 
the almighty God as touching Earthly things to wit after all my Just debts are 
paid it is further my desire that my Executors doth purchase with my Vlack mare 
& colt and ten pounds in cash & three cows ___ I bought of Gordon GRUNDY & one 
Benjamin DAVIS and it is further my will & desire that my hereinafter named 
Executors doth purchase as much land as the above property will bring & that it 
be for the benefit of my beloved wife dollie RIGGS & my five children Sarah 
Charity Benson & Lowel and Charles it is further my will that all the balance 
of my Estate go to the _____ raising my children. I do appoint my beloved wife 
dolly RIGGS & Samuel GRUNDY for my Executors in witness I have set my hand & 
seal this 14th day of January 1804
