Being in the fear of God and of sound mind but aged and infirm taking into consideration the certainty of death and the uncertainly of life do hereby make my last will and testiment in the name and from that is to say First I desire that immediately after my death that my Executor herein after named pay all my just debts and funeral expence Secondly I will and bequeath to my daughter Sally now wife of Hiram Cravens one tract of land on which she now lives in Russell County containing one hundred and ninety six acres in adition to what she has other wise received to be enjoyed by her and her kin forever in full of xxxxx on of my estate Thirdly I will and bequeath to my son John Robertson one tract of land on which he now lives containg two hundred and five acres in adition to what he has already received to be enjoyed him and his forever Fourthly I will and bequeath to my daughter Nancy Robertson one track of land known by the name of Smith Cabbine tract on the road leading to Greens Ferry and on the head of Williams Creek containing two hundred acres also one feather bed and furniture one cow and calf and one ewe sheep and onee horse beast worth seventy five dollars to be hers and hers to enjoy forever Fifthly I will and bequeath to my son Charles Robertson ninety five dollars which he holds my note in detion to two horse beast buy I have already paid him in place of his portion of land and in adition to what he received before he received the said two horses Sixthly I will and bequeath to my son William Robertson one tract or parcel of land in which he now lives containing one hundred and seventy acres in adition to what he has before received to be by him and his herein to be enjoyed forever Seventhly I will and bequeath to my daughter America now wife of John Robertson one tract of land which lies on Rufells Creek containing one hundred and twenty nine acres which she has already received in adition to sundry other articles by time received in full portion of my estate Eighthly I will and bequeath to my daughter Elmira now wife of John Gabbert one hundred and fifty acres of land lying on the waters of Gooasy Creek and ajoining the lands of John Slapp and Joseph Slapp and Benchel Hooff in adition to what she has already received in full of her portion of my estate Ninthly I will and bequeath to my son Mathew Robertson two hundred acres of land on which he now lives in adition to what he has all ready received to be by him and his being enjoyed forever Tenthly I will and bequeath to my son Napoleon Bonapart Robertson three hundred acres of land on which I now live being the same place and one feather bed and furniture one cow and calf one ewe sheep my larger clock and falling leaf table and a new square table by the said NB Robertson paying to my grandson Granville Wheat when he arrives at the age of twenty one years one horse beast worth seventy five dollars also one good saddle and bridle out of the said NB Robertson own past Eleventhly I will and bequeath to my granddaughter Eliza Robertson one feather bed and furniture one cow and calf and one ewe sheep Twelfthly I will and bequeath to my grandson Granville Wheat one feather bed and furniture one cow and calf and one ewe sheep Thirteenthly I will and bequeath to my granddaughter Milly Jane Wheat one feather bed and furniture one cow and calf and one ewe sheep all of which property to be attended to by my Executors until guardian is appointed for them by the court Fourteenthly I desire that my Executors herein after named sell all lands to herein before disposed of also all my slaves and stocks of every kind horse cattle hogs and sheep household and kitchen furniture not herein before disposed of all my tanning materials and all other property not herein before mentioned and whatever nature or kind there may be Fifteenthly I desire that my Executors herein after named to make an equal division of all the money coming (?) from the sale of my property and all moneys in hand in outstanding debts between my heirs herein after named to wit John Robertson Charles Robertson William Robertson Matthew Robertson and my daughter Nancy Robertson and my son N B Robertson and my granddaughter Eliza Robertson and my grandson Granville Wheat and my granddaughter Milly Jane Wheat each individually and equal share Sixteenthly and lastly I do hereby constitute and appoint my friend Joseph M McMillan and my two sons John Robertson and Napoleon Bonaparte Robertson Executors of this my last will and testament Amen Signed and sealed and acknowledged
