JAMES HENRY ROSE

James Henry Rose, 79, Morganfield, died Wednesday at Redbanks nursing home
in Henderson.

Survivors include his wife, Katie B.; three daughters, Daisey Mae Cabell,
Anna Mae Rose and Mary Gold; four step daughters; one foster daughter, Nora
Lee Smith; four sons, James Junior Rose, John Rose, Robert E. Rose, and
Charles William Rose and six other stepsons; one brother, Robert Earl Rose
of Long Beach, CA; 24 grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

Services were Saturday at Bowman Chapel CME Church in Morganfield. The
Rev. Ira Higgins officiated. Burial was at Odd Fellows Cemetery in Morgafield.
