(from the KY library) was a little easier to read for the copier who sent 
this to me. 
*Birthdate: Very faint. The copier wrote  down 1828 for the birthyear, but 
it is probably actually 1838.  KY Death Index confirms age to be 88. 
*Marital status: Widow (written by the copier because it was so faint on the 
copy.) 
*Burial: New Salem Cemetery 
*Father birthplace: KY 
*Mother birthplace: KY (extremely faint)
