I further desire if she never maryes that at her death the whole of my estate to be sold and equally dividren [sic] among all my children I further desire that if any of my children dies before they come of age or maries [sic] that there [sic] part of my estate be equally divided among my surviving children I apoint [sic] PHILLIP ANTHONY and JOSHUA MORRIS executors to this my last will and testament in witness whereof I set my hand and seal the 25th day of December 1813 signed & sealed in MICHAEL ( X his mark) RUNNER presence of JOSHUA MORRIS WILLIAM LEWIS At a county court held for Nelson County on Tuesday the 22nd of November 1814 This last will and testament of MICHAEL RUNNER deceased was proved by the oath of JOSHUA MORRIS one of the subscribing witnesses thereto and satisfactory proof being made to the court that WILLIAM LEWIS the other subscribing witness hath depart= ed this life and it being proved by the oath of THOMAS SWEETS that the signature of WILLIAM LEWIS as a wit= ness to said will is in the proper hand writing of the said WILLIAM.
