This certifies that Joseph W. Rupard and Sudie J. Haggard were solemnly united 
by me in The Bonds of Holy Matrimony at Ephesus on the 23rd day of January in 
the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Ninety (1890) conformably 
to the Ordinance of God and the Laws of the State of Kentucky.  The above 
entry was not signed by the officiating minister, but is a handwritten Bible 
entry.

Place of Marriage was Winchester, Clark Co., KY, USA.
Sudie Jerusha Haggard b. 11 Dec. 1869 in Clark Co., KY, d. 27 April 1920 - 
Winchester. Joseph Wesley Rupard b.10 Mar. 1866, d. 17 Dec. 1922.

Both are buried in the Winchester Cemetery, Lexington Avenue, Winchester, 
Clark Co., KY 40391.
