Died: 8 Sept 1976, War Memorial Hospital. Monroe County Coroner Billy Polston 
said the girl was stricken while in a physical education class at Tompkinsville 
School and died around 30 minutes later, age 12. Autopsy had been performed and 
the preliminary tests indicated she died of a heart attack.

Maternal grandmother: Mrs Joyce Harlin of Tompkinsville
Paternal grandmother: Mrs Aire Russell of Gamaliel KY
Services: 2 pm Friday, Freedom No 2 Baptist Church under direction of Yokley 
Polson Funeral Home.
