"Mr. Ray [sic] Ryan, 26 years of age, died at the home of his grand-father, Mr. Pony Bradshaw, on Front Street, Friday, of lung trouble. He is survived by his wife, who was Miss Brouner Lynn, whom he married a year and one week before his death. He is also survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Charley Ryan, of the Beckton country. Also two brothers and two sisters, Messrs. Chas. J. and Parm Ryan, Mrs. Lewis Gallon and Miss Daily Bryan, all of the Beckton-Bon Ayr section. Mr. Ryan was a splendid ---- man, he had a host of friends --- his untimely death. His remains were interred in the Glasgow cemetery after funeral services by Rev. Easley and Mr. A E Minick."
