I James Sands of Nelson County, State of Kentucky ______ being in perfect mind and memory tho weak in body and caling to mind the Mortality of my body thus do make this my last will and Testament in the maner following. Thus I Recommend my soul to God who gave it and my body to the Earth to be buried in Decent Christian maner at the Direction of My Executors and further as tuching my worldly Estate which God has been pleased to bless me in this life with I give desire and dispose of in the manner following. Thus I do make and appoint my trusty friend John Wye [?] William Sands to settle and dispose of all my estate as maintained in my last will and Testament.
