Item I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Hanritta SANSBERRY the Plantation I now on which I bought of Samuel GUNDY during her natural life & then to my eldwst son Hillary SANSBERRY. Item I give and bequeath to my beloved with Heneritta SANSBERRY all my stock of Horses Cattle and hogs also all my household & Kitchen furniture together with my plantation ______. Also I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Heneritta SANBERRY all my negro property during her natural life and after her decease to be equally divided between all my Children Ezcepting my son hillery SANSBERRY which will have the land & the stock and household furnitture which I have willed to my beloved wife it is my desire that it is be disposed of and he may think fore her. I also leave with my Executors to pay to Elizabeth MUDD mother to my wife the amount of a Joint bond annually which she has against me and others.
