Type: "Whereas a certain Caraden of Logan Co KY was in
company with Jesse Saunders when said Saunders was killed by
the Indians and
the said Caradine [sic] having taken into his custody two of
said Jesse
Saunders horses and disposed of them ..." for the amount of
the horses.
