I William Seaton now in sound mind and memory do make this my last will and testament. [A]fter all my funeral expenses and debts are paid I give my beloved wife Susanna my Lott [sic] and house and every [sic] that is in and about the house during her natural life[.] [A]fter her death I wish it to be divided among my children also the balance of my estate to be equally divided among my children. It is furthermore my wish and desire that my son Wm A. Seaton be my Executor to my last will and testament as ___ my hand this day of September one thousand eight hundred and forty one in presence of N.B. Also I give to my beloved wife one third of the moneys which my [may?] __ [collected?] for my tobacco business.
