Mary E. Setser
Jan. 21, 1919-March 31, 1996

SALEM -- May Ellen Setser, 77, Salem, died at 4:09 a.m. Sunday at Heritage
House of Salem.

Born in Knox County, Ky., she was the daughter of Hiram and Ethel Overbay.
She married Leonard Setser and he survives.

She was a retired employee of the Dinner Bell Restaurant and a member of
Salem Nazarene Church.

Surviving with her husband are two daughters: Lois Powell and Elnora Carty,
both of Salem; two sisters: Violet Barnett of Columbia, Tenn., and Myrtle
Yeagor of Heidrick, Ky.; four grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and
two great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and four brothers.

Services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Weathers Funeral Home, Salem, with the
Rev. Rick Main officiating. Burial will follow in Crown Hill Cemetery.
Friends may call from 3-9 p.m. today and 8 a.m. until service time Tuesday
at the funeral home.
