Lee Shope - 81
  Funeral rites were held at 2:30 o’clock Sunday afternoon, at his home on
the old Greensburg road, for Lee Shope, 81 years old, who died early Friday 
after an attack of bronchial pneumonia. Services were conducted by the Rev. 
J.L. Robinson , Baptist minister. Burial was in the Brookside Cemetery.
  Mr. Shope is survived by his wife, Mrs. Margaret Shope; two sons, Ernest
and Pete, and a daughter, Mrs. Sallie Dwyer, all of Jeffersonville, Indiana,
and a sister, Mrs. Sallie Wilson, of Indianapolis, Indiana. 
  Pallbearers were Dick Parrish, Charlie Denny, Jim Eggers, Will Denny, Oscar
Eggers, and Hollis Brickens.
