On the back of this photo, it says "Lihugh and Lucinda Simpson...Ferndale, 
Kentucky."  They are my GG-grandparents.  I know Lucinda is the daughter of 
John B. and Nancy (LeForce) Green.  I believe Elihu is either the son of 
Calloway and Julia (Blanton)Simpson OR Chrisman and Sarah (Williams) Simpson.  
Both couples had sons named Elihu born around 1860.  In my research, it 
appears that Calloway and Chrisman are cousins. I've found both Elihus in the 
1860, 1870, and 1880 Census. I just haven't been able to figure out which 
Elihu is the one in the picture and my GG-grandfather!  Elihu and Lucinda were 
married in Pineville, KY in 1881.
