Sizemore, 2002, Lincoln Co. >From the Danville Advocate Messenger, 1 July 2002 CRAB ORCHARD -- James R. "Jim" Sizemore, 62, of Shake Rag Road, Waynesburg, died Saturday. Born Feb. 4, 1940, in Crab Orchard, he was the son of the late Dee and Louada Thompson Sizemore. He was a retired mechanic for Portman Equipment. Survivors include a daughter, Tina Sizemore of Stanford; a son, Jimmy Sizemore of Waynesburg; a step-daughter, Julie Pennington of Indianapolis; a companion, Loretta Phillips of Stanford; a brother, Ronnie Sizemore of Crab Orchard; four sisters, Ruby Shakelford of Crab Orchard, Mildred Church of Cincinnati, Edna Quesenberry of New Paris, Ohio, and Wilma Coffey of Centerville, Ind.; and two step grandchildren. Services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at McKnight Funeral Home by Dan Gutenson. Burial will be in Crab Orchard Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jerry Dick, Bryan Gover, Johnny Anderson, Kevin Corman, George Messer and Harold Martin. Honorary pallbearers are Ronnie Sizemore, James Phillips, Alan Turner, Doug Pennington, Dale Dowell, Neal Owens and Kenny Smith. Visitation is after 6 p.m. today. ______________________________
