EVA SLAVEN
Eva Godsey Slaven, 81, of Robbins, TN., passed away Monday, March 31, 2003 at 
the Scott County Hospital in Oneida TN.  She was born on April 29, 1921 in 
McCreary County, KY,. to Richard and Sally Godsey. She is preceded in death by 
her parents and husband Walter Slaven; three brothers, Wilder John, Shelton, 
and Walker Godsey; five sisters Ada Berry, Pearl Chersy, Rose Maxey, Haley 
Wilson and three year old Charity Godsey; one daughter-in-law Katherine Slaven.
She is survived by one daughter, Linda Hamby and husband Arzo of Robbins, TN; 
four sons Warren, Cleo, Rev. R.O., and Audie Slaven all of Scott County, one 
special Nephew, Harold Perdue. West Murley Funeral Home was in charge of the 
arrangements.
