Trent-Dowell Funeral Home Obituary Listings Chad Lee Smith, age 26 of Hardinsburg,Ky died Saturday, 9-27-2008 near Stephensport,Ky as the result of an automoble accident. He was born in Louisville,KY on 8-7-1982. Chad enjoyed riding his 4 wheeler and photography.
 
He is survived by his parents: Lester Smith of Hardinsburg, KY and Nona Smith of Sample,KY son - Rylee Smith
2 brothers: Shane Michael Devon of Owensboro,KY and Jason Scott Smith of Westview,KY
grandparents: LeeAnna and William McIntyre of Westview,KY
 
Funeral services will be held on Monday, 9-29-2008 at 1PM at Trent-Dowell Funeral Home with burial in the Cloverport Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 9:30AM Monday.
