Trent-Dowell Funeral Home Obituary Listings Virgil Curtis Smith, age 67 of Guston,KY died Saturday, 2-18-2008 at Breckinridge Health in Hardinsburg,KY. He was born in Dyer,KY on 10-14-1940, the son of the late Boyd and Yvetta Allen Smith.  His family refers to him as a "handyman" because of his love to work.
 
Virgil is survived by 7 children: Debra Green, Gary Smith, Carol Jones, Virgil D. 
Smith, Daryle Smith and Lisa Rodrigez - Louisville,KY Pattie Graves of Floyds Knobs, IN special friend - Shirley Smith - Guston,KY
17 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren
 
Funeral services will be held on Monday, 2-18-2008 at 12PM CST at Trent-Dowell Funeral Home with Rev. Earl Mullins officiating. Burial will be in the Cook Cemetery. 
Visitation will begin at 9:30Am CSt Monday. Memorial contributions are requested to: 
Virgil C. Smith Memorial Fund in care of the funeral home P.O. Box 296 Hardinsburg,KY 40143.
