EFFIE J. TUTTLE SNYDER
Effie J. Tuttle Snyder,81 of Lancaster passed away at the UK Medical Center in 
Lexington on March 3rd.  Born July 11,1921 in Knox Co. Ky., she was the 
daughter of the late Charles and Elizabeth Foley Tuttle. She was a homemaker, 
member of the Garrard Co. Historical Society, and a member of the Bethel 
Christian Church, where she taught Sunday School for over 30 yrs. She was the 
widow of J.C. Snyder.
Survived by a daughter, Ann (Tommy) West of Lancaster, one son Johnny (Patsy) 
Snyder, Lancaster, an aunt Flossie Tuttle, one grandson Ricky Sparks, three 
grandaughters, Debbie Morris, Susan Conley, and Michele Morgan, all of 
Lancaster, 2 great grandaughters, Devin and Payton Conley, and 1 great 
grandson, Dalton Morris, all of Lancaster.
Funeral services 2:00 P.M. Thursday( March 6th) at Ramsey Funeral Home in 
Lancaster, officiated by Bro. Dale Ballinger, Rev. Barry Jefferies, and Steve 
Horn. Burial was in Lancaster Cemetery.
Pallbearers: Judge E.J. Hasty,Bobby Durham,Clyde Sherrow,Dwight May,and Curt 
and Jerry Carrier. Honorary bearers were the Ladies S.S. class of Bethel 
Christian Church, and Pat Ballard. Arrangements by Ramsey Funeral Home.
