Virgie Mae Spaulding, age 75 of Hardinsburg,KY died Tuesday,2-6-2007 at Breckinridge 
Health,INC. She was born in Breckinridge County,KY on 8-12-1931, the daughter of the 
late Willie and Ruby Taylor Burnette. She was a homemaker who loved spending time with 
her family and a member of Macedonia Baptist Church.
 
Mrs. Spaulding is survived by her husband Calvin of Hardinsburg,KY
3 daughters: Vennie Blan and her husband Johnie of Lewisport,KY Barbara Spaulding of 
Leitchfield,KY Tresa Straw and her husband Kevin of Frankfort,KY
5 grandchildren: Tim and Steve Straw
Alisa Sandlin
Ryan and Chase Straw
4 great grandchildren: Corey Croghan
Cameron and Katie Blan
Tristan Sandlin
2 brothers: Ruey Burnette of Gas City,IN Wavie Burnette of Hartford,KY
3 sisters: Rosie Rayn and Kathy Owen of Gas City,IN Bonnie Masterson of Fordsville,KY
 
Funeral services will be held on Friday,2-9-2007 at 1PM at Trent-Dowell Funeral Home with 
Rev. Wendell Sandefur officiating. Burial will be in the Glen Dean Cemetery. Visitation 
will be held on Thursday from 5-8PM and after 8:30AM Friday.
