STARK; KESTER; DABNEY; ALLEN; JEWELL; HUSTON; LANCASTER 
In the name of God Amen know [now] In sound body and mind I bequeath to my wife 
Ann START all my property that I know [now] possess after my just Debts is paid 
funeral charges is paid and satisfied also at her deth my wish is if any 
property left clear of _______ to be equally divided between my two children 
Daniel STARK and Margaret KESTER also my wish is that William JEWELL Senor to 
be my Executor to act and transact all my business. In testimony whereof I have 
hereunto set my hand and seal this 22nd day of July 1835

At a County Court held for Spencer County on Monday the 3rd day of July 1837. 
This writing purporting to be the last will and Testament of Aaron STARK 
Deceased was proved according to Law by the oaths of John H. DABNEY and Levi 
JEWELL witnesses thereto and is ordered to be recorded. and on the motion of 
William JEWELL the Executor therein named who made oath thereto and together 
with Mark E. HUSTON his security entered into and acknowledged a Bond in the 
penalty of $400. conditioned as the Law directs. Certificate is granted unto 
him for obtaining a probate of the said will in due force
