Heirs of Moses Stephens deed to Levi Stephens

This indenture is made the 21st day of May 1870 between the heirs of Moses Stephens, dec’d, 
of the one part and Lewis Stephens of the other part all of the County of Whitley and State 
of Kentuck

Witnesseth that the said heirs of Moses Stephens, dec’d for and in consideration of the some 
of $6 to them in hand paid by Levi Stephens the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged …..  
a cerain tract or parcel of land situated on Pleasant Run in Whitley County,  Kentucky and 
bounded as follows containing 30 acres:

In the line of W. B. C Creekmore’s Neal survey …. Solomon Stephens’ corner

Solomon {x} Stephens

Rachel {x} Gilreath

Acknowledged by Solomon Stephens and William Stephens in the Clerks office 7th day of Sept 
1876 Acknowledge by Rachel Gilreath on the back of the deed on 27 Sept 1870
