Franklin was born July 30th, 1944 and died July 31. He leaves to mourn his going his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Willard Stith, three brothers, Lewis Leon, Larry and Gary Leo, all of Camp Campbell, his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Stith, of Louisville, Mr. and Mrs. Hubert Harned, two aunts, Mrs. Evelyn Mudd, of Clarkson, and Miss Wilomagene Stith, of Louisville, two uncles Delana Dyer Harned, of Custer, and Ernest Ethridge Stith in the Navy somewhere in the South Pacific, six of his great grandparents are living and all great uncles and aunts. God needed a tiny little angel, So he took our baby away, Yest we can see those tiny bright eyes every day We can see his smile and hear him cry. We are thankful for just the day we had him with us, God knew best so He took him on to be a little angel and join his grandmother, Mrs. Ernest Stith, who passed away 22 years ago. He was laid to rest in the Custer cemetery with a prayer by Rev. V. K. LaFon.
