  It is hereby certified, that under and by virtue of the within License, I did, on the 5 day of April 1853 at the home of Bayles Tackett Sr in said county, celebrated the rites of Matrimony between the within named Eli W. 
Fleming and Maranda Tackett, and that J.J. Fleming nd Eliza Donaldson were present and witnessed the celebration given under my hand this 5 day of April 1853.
